Here is another early studio shoot. I wanted to keep practice at portraits and needed to find a model. Sometimes the best way to get someone for a sitting is to ask around. I asked a friend and he asked a friend. Most of my encounters with other creatives actually happen this way.
In this shoot I used one light for the background and one for the subject. The studio space was small but we were able to have two set ups. One side had the blue seamless while the other had the pink. I find that working this way is much less stressful and more efficient. Joanna was a great model and put up with all my funny requests!
